MANAGE MY EVENTOS

Eventos Management provides access to the Eventos history for which you are or have been the organizer, and those for which you have been invited.

In this interface, depending on your status for an Evento (organizer or only guest), you will have access to different features: modify, view the results, send a reminder, duplicate, close, delete, reply.

  • To access the management of your Eventos, click on “MANAGE MY EVENTOS”

Eventos for which you are the organizer

Interface

  1. “MANAGE MY EVENTOS” : You will find in this tab the Eventos you have organized. This is the default tab.
  2. “Reply to an Evento” : You will find the Eventos for which you are invited in this tab.
  3. Filters : you can filter the Eventos according to their status (In progress, draft, closed)
  4. Icon actions : this is where you can act on an Evento with the different action icons.
  5. search engine : If you have a long list of Eventos, you can search for one by its title or description.
  6. Title of the Evento

  8. “See more Eventos” : the interface displays by default the 10 recent Eventos. You can access the oldest by clicking on this button.

Filters

The menu on the left allows you to filter the Eventos according to their status, there are 3:

  • In progress : represent Eventos that are currently open and for which participants can respond.
  • Draft : represent Eventos that are in preparation, creation. As you can start creating an Evento, and resume it later.
  • Closed : represent Eventos with an exceeded closing date, and that we can not answer to any more.

Actions for Eventos that are in progress

  1. The pencil : you access the modification page of the Evento
  2. The histogram : you launch the results display
  3. The envelope : with this one, you can send a reminder to participants who have not yet responded
  4. The twin sheets : this allows you to duplicate the Evento to create a new one (the parameters and the questions are then retrieved in the new)
  5. The hammer : the hammer gives you the possibility to close the Evento before the automatic closing date defined in the parameters
  6. The trash icon : be careful, you remove the Evento
Actions for Eventos that are in draft

  • In draft mode you only have access to editing and deleting
Actions for Eventos that are closed

  • In closed mode you only have access to results, duplication, and deletion

Details of an Evento

  1. Last update of the organizer : refers to the date on which the Evento was updated
  2. Created : refers to the date on which the Evento was created
  3. Closing date : refers to the date on which the Evento will be closed
  4. Number of questions : refers to the number of questions of the Evento
  5. Number of participants :* refers to the number of people who answered the Evento
  6. Link to share : Link to share to access directly the Evento

Interface

  • “Reply to an Evento“ : You find the Eventos for which you are invited to respond in this tab.
  • The interface is the same, but since you are not an organizer of the Eventos, you do not have exactly the same actions

  1. The arrow : with this one you can access the Evento's response interface
  2. The histogram : you launch the results display
