To access the results of an Evento, you can go through the Eventos management interface (“Manage my Eventos” or “Reply to an Evento” tab), and click on the corresponding icon :
As an organizer, the screen for displaying the results of an Evento is as follows:
This feature allows you to hide the responses of optional participants to update the totals and refine your results.
If you move the mouse over “i informative” you will get the explanatory message, and by clicking on the switch on the left, you activate the functionality.
By unchecking the box of the participant(s) that you consider to be optional for, you can optimize the view of the results (unchecked participants are no longer taken into account) to help you validate the best proposal.
Be careful, however, sharing the survey will not hide optional participants.
To close the survey and automatically send a message to the invited survey participants, you can “Validate final answers”. At the bottom of each question, you must select the answer via the radio button. Only one possible choice.
If you validate without having selected an answer for each question, the validation is not taken into account and you are notified:
Once all the answers have been selected, click on the validation button, you will be asked for confirmation:
As a guest, you only then have access to the results screen and comments if the organizer has authorized it.
You also have the option of exporting the results in csv (creates a.csv file (text) to download, which will allow you to import the survey results into a third-party software (spreadsheet for example) to reprocess the data).
If you cannot access the results for an Evento, it is because the organizer has not authorized it (this is a configurable option when creating the Evento.
