Support is only provider by email, except for emergency for services in production.

At your level and before contacting us, you also have the possibility to check the proper functioning of your SAML entity (identity or service provider) with the test tools made available to you, whether it is registered in the test federation or one of the production federations (Féderation Éducation-Recherche, eduGAIN).

When you email to us, be precise in the description of your problem, and do not hesitate to attach to your message configuration and logs files.
